I understand the difficulty and honestly it isn’t your fault!
We live in this all or nothing world and it doesn’t have to be that way.

That’s why I’ve created this Bodyweight HIIT Training program that’s perfect for vacation. It’s a 30mins or less High Intensity Program so that you:
